By booking a tour with Tour Plan Sri Lanka, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
  • The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before the tour departure date, as specified in the booking details.
  • Payment methods accepted include cash payments, credit/debit cards, bank transfers and mobile payments.

PRICING AND INCLUSIONS

  • Prices listed on our website or promotional materials are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The tour package includes only the services mentioned in the itinerary (e.g., transportation, meals, accommodations, entrance fees).
  • Personal expenses, travel insurance, and additional services are not included unless stated otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings. Please review it carefully before making a reservation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 05 business days after receiving the cancellation request.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE

  • Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any other required documents.
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIABILITIES

  • Our agency is not liable for personal injuries, property damage, or losses during the tour.
  • We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (hotels, transport companies, guides) and are not responsible for their actions or service failures.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, flight cancellations), we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the itinerary, but we are not responsible for additional costs incurred.

CHANGES TO ITINERARY

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather conditions, operational issues, or other unforeseen events.
  • Any changes will be communicated to travelers as soon as possible.
