At Tour Plan Sri Lanka, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while covering costs already incurred in arranging your tour. Please review the details below:
CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
If you need to cancel your booking, the following charges will apply:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees (e.g., bank fees, third-party charges).
- 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 75% of the total booking cost will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: No refund will be provided.
MODIFICATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
- Changes to the tour date are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Name changes or transferring the booking to another person may be permitted, depending on the tour provider’s policies.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds will be processed within 05 business days to the original payment method.
- Certain bank or transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
